Special Report-Special Report!!! Robert Queen allegedly carries a PISTOL on School Grounds!!?? Special SAFETY REPORT by Robert A. Williams
According to North Carolina Law, it is a Felony to carry a firearm onto Public School Property. Also, I have personally noted recent aberrant behavior events, and I have personally received training in identifying aberrant behavior identification during my years of working at Nuclear Plants and Classified Nuclear facilities, regarding the “strange actions of Mr. Robert P. Queen, Chairman of the Cleveland County School Board.
These most recent aberrant behavior events include the doubling of Security Officers at the School Board Meeting this past Monday April 11, 2022 and my own personal observation of Mr. Queen giving those Security Officers instructions. As well as those same Security Officers and other School Personnel “guarding” the doors of the School Board’s Conference Room during a closed session that very same night.
I also personally observed Mr. Robert Queen nervously “flitting around” the Central Office Auditoriums, talking to the Security Officers and others. Then giving instructions to the School Board meeting video person and later watching the video broadcast that seems to have been tampered-with to lower the volume of Queen’s microphone during the time Mr. Queen was having the Security Officers remove a woman speaker (Marge Hooper and later Nannette Leonhart) from the premises, interrupting their speaking during Public Participation. And other actions that exhibited nervous behavior, irritability, agitation, fits of anger that result in Queen “balling up” his fist toward others, hyperactivity and many examples of inappropriate speech-especially to and regarding fellow school board member Danny Blanton. And that was just this past Monday Night.
In the past, Robert Queen has been caught telling lies that were easily proven to be lies. And probably more telling are the facts that the Cleveland County Commissioners did NOT reappoint Mr. Robert Queen to the Cleveland Community College Board of Trustees-allegedly because of their own personal observation of Mr. Queen’s aberrant behavior.
It is also a documented fact that Mr. Robert P. Queen drafted a five-page letter, that showed a dual personality by Mr. Queen toward Danny Blanton. Claiming that he, Mr. Queen, wanted to help Mr. Blanton on the School Board, then, in derogatory and defamatory terms and often repeats of the same thing. Claiming Mr. Blanton had violated School Board Policy and North Carolina Law. Yet never providing any proof of his allegations. Then Mr. Queen, in a sneaky and illegal manner, Mr. Queen maneuvered through a web of deceit to arrange the letter to be provided to a Shelby Star reporter and to two others well known to be political “dirty tricks” operatives. It certainly appears that this letter (Queen’s Letter) was the work of a person with mental and psychotic issues that should be evaluated by a trained mental health provider before Mr. Queen becomes even more of a threat to himself and to others.
Now, this very Wednesday Morning, April 13, 2022 at 11:35AM, I receive an email message from a person that I trust stating:
“Did you know Queen carries a pistol on school grounds even back to when I was running for school board? May want to ask ALL on the school board AND the Superintendent about THAT issue.”
As if seems that Mr. Queen may already be mentally past the point of no return, I am providing this information to the Cleveland County Sheriff’s Department, District Attorney, Shelby Chief of Police, Cleveland County Commissioners, School Board members and School Administration personnel, and citizens that might come to school Board meetings and others who are frequently around Mr. Queen and to citizens that might come to school board meetings.
I am also attaching this defamatory letter, without comment at this time, from Mr. Queen to Danny Blanton that I have obtained through a Freedom of Information Act and North Carolina Public Records Law request.
Hopefully Cleveland County Officials will take action on this message that appears to be a public safety issue for all of us in Cleveland County. Including our children at school.
