Lawsuits in the Making Against Cleveland County Schools!!?? New Legal Funding Sources being Explored!! “Outside” Lawyers Being Interviewed!! Report and prediction by Robert A. Williams

Myself and others have come to the conclusion that the failures of leadership and the cover-up of corruption by the Cleveland County School Board can only be resolved by two approaches: the ballot box and the jury box.

Presently, the ballot box approach seems to be the fasted way as we have five school board candidates, if all are elected, will form a new majority on the school board and will quickly take up the long-needed reforms at CCS. From top to bottom and from inside to the outside.

But, all of our reform eggs are not now just in in this one basket. Progress is being made in finding willing and able attorneys to fight the so-called “City Hall” and win. And win big!!!

Also, innovative sources of legal funding have been found. Savvy people with money to spare have found that investing their money into good legal cases can be lucrative. It goes like this.

Most legal cases take lots of money. Most people cannot afford to go through all the legal bills associated in fighting city hall. All the Taxpayer paid attorneys, like CCS, the City of Shelby, Cleveland Community College and others encourage their taxpayer paid lawyers fill all kinds of Motions to Dismiss, Motions for Summary Judgement and such, that have no merit, but are filed anyway to run up a citizens legal bills to the point that they cannot afford to continue. We don’t have to leave Cleveland County to see that kind of mischief.

But people with money to invest can lend money to the aggrieved person in large enough amounts to pay a good attorney to stay the legal course through all the delaying tactics to a jury trial and obtain a huge enough award such that the money lent can be repaid along with a winning bonus that might be equivalent to a 100% return, or even more, of their initial investment. Or more. And the aggrieved person gets a win in Court that they might not have gotten otherwise. You might even call this a capitalist approach to legal justice for folks that otherwise would be run-over by the system.

Folks, when Wall Street hears about this, they will likely invent a stock or a bond that people like me and you can invest our 401- K’s into. We can make money and rid ourselves of corruption in government at the same time.

Stay tuned folks. I will let you know as these lawsuits are funded and filed against the Crooks and their corruption in Cleveland County and City Governments.

In the meantime, this is my recommendations for the ballot box in the 2020 School Board Elections.
