What about the Title IX Investigation against Cleveland County Schools??? Title IX Investigations take some time, but when they hit, they Hurt. They hurt bad to the bone. Report forwarded by Robert A. Williams

Cleveland County Schools have had a Title IX complaint against them for several years now. CCS has gotten by almost exclusively because Title IX investigations take a long time and school systems have their lawyers obstruct the investigations to the end. The CCS report is in regard to the Shelby High School boy’s baseball field being used by Eddie Holbrook’s American Legion World Series Baseball, Inc. and the County funding improvements to the field to the tune of over $5 Million. All the while the SHS Girls softball team has been banned from using that field and SHS and CCS has refused to provide the girls a place to play on at SHS.

So far, the Title IX investigation at CCS and SHS has not been completed, but another Title IX complaint in another North Carolina County has been completed and School Board Attorneys and staff heads are starting to roll.

The Port City Daily News in Wilmington, NC has published a damning article about the New Hanover County School System published today (September 24, 2020) that is very similar, in many respects, to what has happened at Cleveland County Schools.

I will not say another word in this article. I am providing a link to that Port City Daily News report and let you read it for yourselves. But remember, that $5 Million the County has spent on the SHS Baseball Field, under the direction of Eddie “Massa Eddie” Holbrook, may end up costing another $5 million to provide equal facilities to the SHS Girls teams.

Folks, I have been telling you about this for years. I told you so, over and over again. I will have no sympathy for you when your taxes go way up to pay that $5 Million fine.

Here is the Port City Daily News Article Link: Read it and weep. You are next!!!
