Part IV: Sheriff’s Department “Moons” Cleveland County!!?? Arrested Female Officer Returns to Work Then Appears in Christmas Parade!! Serving on Sheriff’s Department Honor Guard!! Are Protests Required?? Report and arguendo forwarded by Robert A. Williams

Editor’s Note:
To “Moon” someone is to turn around and expose your naked backside to them. Butt Naked so to speak. The gesture is an indication of the extreme contempt the “Moon-or” (Sheriff’s Department) has for the “Moon-ee” (Cleveland County Citizens). The dictionary says “Mooning is used in the English-speaking world to express protest, scorn, disrespect, or provocation.” We use the term in this article as a lead in to another article coming soon regarding the School Board. And more!

I have published three recent articles regarding the Sheriff’s Department’s female officer who was caught by a Shelby Police Department officer and charged with DWI, speeding 66 in a 45 zone and fictitious tag. Scroll on back to those articles and the obvious preferential treatment this female officer is receiving for her misdeeds.

Now, this very day I receive a call from trusted sources confirming that the female officer is indeed back to work at the Sheriff’s Department…AND serving in the Sheriff’s Department “Honor Guard” in local Christmas Parades. My source sent me a picture of this (that was sent to him by an irate law enforcement officer), but I am experiencing technical difficulties in getting the picture in a format that I can add to this article. Stay tuned for that.

It has already been mentioned that this sort of preferential treatment for this female officer is likely caused by sexual favors within the Sheriff’s Department. This is an allegation that seems very likely to be true. Especially since these strange and flagrant circumstances that seem to indicate preferential treatment and sex-cades just keep on occurring. What is the Sheriff thinking?

Or, is there more?? Is this out of county female officer so beautiful and gorgeous an example of “eye candy” that if disciplinary action is taken against her, half or more of her paramours will go find jobs somewhere else. (Don’t forget, this gal allegedly got fired from the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Department for allegedly disrupting the operations there.) It is obvious that something is amiss and the Sheriff, the Sheriff’s staff and the County Commissioners ain’t a-saying.

Well, I have done all that I can do, up to this point. I have received the reports from trusted sources and have informed the public. Anything else I do would likely take the form of our Protest Movement about eliminating corruption in Cleveland County governmental agencies including the Sheriff’s Department. Of course, we are already planning on including the DA’s office and the corruption there. A combined protest at the Courthouse may be in order.

But several things are clear. Our Protest movement is necessary to fight corruption in Cleveland County. No matter where we find that corruption. It will be up to the Citizens of Cleveland County (and elsewhere) to help man the protest picket lines and also support those others that are protesting.

Folks, Stay Tuned for the forthcoming news about this Corruption Busting Protest Movement that is about to descend on Cleveland County in 2020.

Cormetech Allegedly Polluted KM 1,000 Times over Limit!! Chief Operating Officer Deported to Germany!! Toxic Thallium released into water!! Any Questions? If so, Call the Shelby Star!! Additional Information Provided by Robert A. Williams

Editor’s Note: The Shelby Star reported today that the Cormetech plant at 304 Linwood Road, Kings Mountain was identified as the source of a major and continuing release of the toxic element Thallium into the KM sewage treatment system at levels over 1,000 times over the limit for such releases. The Thallium pollution is to be diluted and released into the environment. The Star also reported that the Cormetech Chief Operating Officer is to be deported to Germany on a never to return basis.

This kind of business is not something that we typically cover. However, there are some issues regarding governmental regulation, business recruiting and punishment for wrongdoing that are of interest.

1. Keeping water supplies for Cleveland County residents, as well as downstream areas are everybody’s concern. Apparently, the Regulations were in place but the enforcement was little to none until somebody told on Cormetech.
2. You have to wonder who recruited Cormetech to Cleveland County. The great and wonderful Cleveland County Economic Development Partnership? Or somebody else. It may very well be that somebody in Cleveland County needs to be deported to Germany, just like the Cormetech COO.
3. Cleaning up the toxic pollution mess in Kings Mountain is likely to be very very costly. And you can bet the Kings Mountain City council will be coming hat in hand to the Commissioners for taxpayer funding. From ALL of the taxpayers in Cleveland County.

None of these issues and more were noted in the Shelby Star article. Also, it appears that the Cormetech company can just keep on polluting and having their line of COOs deported over and over again. Letting Cleveland County Taxpayers foot the cleanup costs.

We will keep track of what is going on and let you know what we find.

Also, most of you readers are wondering by now, just what is Thallium. Of course, the Shelby Star did not think to do that.

So, we have attached a Thallium Fact Sheet as well as Cormetech employee reviews for your information. Note that Thallium is used (of was used) in Rat Poison. Also note that the Employee Reviews from the Kings Mountain Plant former employees are especially harsh.

Hey! you Kings Mountain readers. Would you want your Police Department to shut down Cormetech, padlock the doors and hang the people that brought down this costly toxic mess into your midst? Just wondering?

Stay tuned. And if you have any questions, Call the Shelby Star!! The Devil made me say that.

Cormetech Employee Reviews:

Work life
Maintenance(Former Employee)-Kings Mountain, NC-December 23, 2018
Working for cormetech is hard work and very dangerous. With this company you are cleaning coal ash modules and they are supposed to provide respirators and they do not. they told me the day they hired me thru the temp service that working for them I could get cancer and/or coal ash in my lungs. I DO NOT recommend anybody working for this company.

Cormetech sucks
Maintenance Technician (Former Employee)-Kings Mountain, NC-February 18, 2019
The management is lazy and very unknowable. They The supervisors there cause trouble between the employees. The third shift supervisor is a racist trouble make and he is very lazy and stupid….

Processor(Former Employee) – Kings Mtn, NC–September 20, 2019
They will blackball you. Not sure if OSHA has been there in a while. Instead of fixing bathrooms. They just lock them up and leave them locked. You inhale arsenic I guess kings Mt residence don’t know. I will let town know though. They blackball. Only pay 14 hr. to inhale arsenic for 12 hrs. Should pay 20 hr. Didn’t tell me there was arsenic in the coal ash. No respirators. Just dust mask. Some people just watch others work. There called Leadman. Even though they don’t know what he’ll going on. IF SOMEONE QUITS. DONT TAKE PERSONAL. MAYBE THEIR TIRED OF BEEN SICK AND COUGHING UP COAL ASH. IF MANAGERS AND PERSONAL THINK ITS OK TO INHALE. MOVE YOUR DOWN IN PROCESSING ROOM FOR 12 HR. NOW KEEP BLACK BALLING.

Terrible management and Unstable environment
Full Bench Lab Technician(Former Employee) – Charlotte, NC–September 19, 2019
This job is a very unstable position to have at this company. The supervisor who hired me left the location to work in Durham and they put some guy who’s a pencil pusher and probably racist in that position. They had some work at beginning but things slowed down without any type of feedback from management keeping me out the loop. The lab also had cameras watching me which was a total violation of workers’ rights. The arrogance that filled this place is very much embarrassing and I’m just upset because i turned down jobs for this garbage corporation. They definitely need a remodeling and cleanup of this location. Farewell and I’ll be surprised if they stay open.

Productive workplace, effective and teamwork
Extrusion Operator(Former Employee) –Cleveland, TN–May 3, 2019
Good company to have been a part of their team, good benefits and hours. I liked the flexibility of the company and advancement in job opportunity. Also, everyone worked together helping one another.

Good place to work with little to no advancement
Associate(Former Employee) – Cleveland, TN–June 21, 2018
if your good at something that’s where you stay. very rarely did an advancement opportunity arise and then they hired from outside. overall was a decent place to work just burns you out on certain jobs.

It’s a job…nothing more
Operations Specialist(Former Employee) – Durham, NC–December 30, 2017
Stay away from this place. I’m warning you. Many employees end up having cancer from breathing in all of the chemicals. The job is very repetitive. It’s very hot inside. And you have to put on a lab suit with face mask, dust, mask, etc. Pay…it sucks. Not worth it.

Great place to work
Industrial Maintenance Technician(Former Employee) –Cleveland, TN– August 25, 2016
Great shift assignments. Pleasant working environment. Good employees to work with. Management provides proper tools to produce a quality product. Excellent pay and benefits.

Awesome
Operations Specialist(Former Employee) – Durham, NC–February 14, 2016
A typical day at work was to test out the machines and examine the products. I learned how to work in extreme conditions. The management was a little difficult, but fair. The co-workers are amazing. The hardest part of the job was working in the heat and dealing with chemicals. The most enjoyable part was the people, staff, co-workers.

SCEPUL/Citizens Request Security for Protest Events!!! ALWS, Seventh Inning Stretch, School Board, CCC, Commissioners, City of Shelby Meetings, etc. No more “Fake” Assaults! No More Charlottesville’s!!! Eliminating Corruption is the Purpose of our Protest-Election Efforts!! Good Government is our Goal!! Report and request by Robert A. Williams

Last night (December 3, 2019) at the Cleveland County Commissioner’s Meeting, under the “Citizens Recognition” portion of the Meeting Agenda, Robert A. Williams of Citizens For Good Government announced to the Cleveland County Commissioners that he had been asked to join-(and accepted)-the SCEPUL (Southern Coalition for Equal Protection Under the Law) movement in various Boycotts, Protests and Demonstrations at the American Legion World Series games and other events, occurrences, meetings, etc. in 2020 in Cleveland County.

A “Citizens Recognition” or “Public Participation” parts of the Commissioner’s Meetings, as well as School Board Meetings Cleveland Community College Board of Trustee Meetings, City of Shelby Town Council Meetings and such are required by State law to encourage local governmental agencies to allow members of the public the opportunity to be a part of governmental processes. But all these agencies in Cleveland County have conspired to craft their legally required public participation in such a way as to discourage, with the intent to eliminate any real public input into anything. They limit the time to three minutes-to the second-and never pay attention or follow up with what the public has to say. This has resulted in lawsuits, state and Federal, against the Cleveland County Commissioners, the School Board, the City of Shelby as well as the CCC Board of Trustees that are being drafted or pending at this very moment.

This three-minute public participation is also the only way School Board Member Danny Blanton is allowed to speak at School Board Meetings. As of the last School Board meeting of November 25, 2019, the School Board Chairman has foolishly moved their “Public Participation” to the very end of their meetings to further discourage the public from actually participating in anything. Go to the CCS website videos of their meetings and see for yourself. Scroll toward the end as this is a long meeting.

Anyway, at the December 3, 2019 Commissioner’s meeting, during the legally required but overly restrictive “Citizens Recognition” time limits, there was not enough time to fully include or explain hardly anything about the Boycotts, protests, demonstrations, candidates’ forums and related security issues. So, I did not even try.

Therefore, the expected security coverage for those events and occurrences are hereby officially requested:

1. All City of Shelby and Cleveland County governing bodies (including School Board) and Law Enforcement are asked to provide to me any and all Ordinances, Policies and Permit Requirements for an active and manned Boycott, Protest, Sit-Ins and Demonstrations by local and NON-Local participants at and within the American Legion World Series Baseball, Inc. Event in August 2020 as well as for the Seventh Inning Stretch-also in August 2020 in Downtown Shelby.

2. The same request as cited above for protest events at County Commissioner Meetings, School Board Meetings and Cleveland Community College Board of Trustee Meetings. Outside and inside the meeting chambers as well as on the street. During meeting times and at other times.

3. The same request as cited above for protest events at the Cleveland County Law Enforcement Center and the Old Courthouse (Earl Scruggs Center-a county owned property). Especially at the War Memorials-WWI, WWII, Korea, Vietnam and Civil War Soldier and during events such as the Livermush Fest, Alive After Five events and other Courthouse Square events and Parades.

4. The same request as cited above for our sponsored events such as 2020 Candidates Forums
Note: We are carefully planning our events to prevent such “fake” assaults” as was falsely claimed against Mr. Willie Green (and the false claim later repeated on Political Smackdown) after and outside the City of Shelby’s City Council Meeting held November 18, 2019. Also, we do NOT want to be another Charlottesville or any such act of violence in between. We have to accept that, in this day and time, there is always the chance of a “lone wolf” act of violence. Therefore, we are planning well and well in advance to prevent or minimize that possibility. And, we expect YOUR assistance in planning and implementing these peaceful events.

For the Public’s Attention:

We are NOT protesting the American Legion organization.
We are NOT protesting Veterans or any Veterans Organizations or veterans groups.
We are NOT protesting Baseball or any particular baseball team or organization that plays that game.
We are NOT protesting any race, creed, ethnicity, Religion, Free Speech or human thought or actions that are peaceful and non-violent in nature.

We ARE protesting the corruption associated with the American Legion World Series Baseball, Inc. a local Organization and those corrupt officials in Cleveland County Government who have adopted the name American Series World Series and secretly stolen $Millions from taxpayers and citizens of Cleveland County and North Carolina for the sole benefit of the ALWS Baseball, Inc. Organization.

We ARE protesting the corruption within Cleveland County Government in any form that stifles free speech and stifles public input at governmental meetings and operations.

We ARE protesting corruption in any form and by any person or persons involved with any government body or agency at any and every level and location.

We ARE protesting FAKE News and the MIS-EDUCATION of our children and the public that make them susceptible to the fake news and the associated fake political propaganda.

Our National Boycott, Protest and Demonstration at the 2020 American Legion world Series games in Shelby, NC is just the START of a Movement to Clean up corruption in government at every level during the Elections of 2020 and beyond.

Why SCEPUL includes a National Boycott and Protest at the 2020 ALWS Games in Shelby, NC as a part or our Protest movement against corruption and political manipulation?
1. National Attention. ALWS draws from a national audience.
2. Shelby is where Dylan Roof was captured after his Mass Murder spree in Charleston, SC.
3. Cleveland County Government is well known for corruption, Plantation Politics and stifling public speech and public input into local governmental business.
4. Shelby/Cleveland County was one of the 40 NC Counties on the US DOJ watch list for race-based voter suppression.
5. Both the historical Thomas Dixon, Jr and the present NC Speaker of the House lived/lives in Shelby and Cleveland County.
6. The ALWS Games are scheduled August 13-18, 2020-right before the 2020 Republican Presidential Nominating Convention of August 24-27, 2020 in nearby Charlotte, NC. Thus, enhancing National publicity.
7. Possible cheap rental of Willie Green Property adjacent to ALWS for camping and protest assembly. Holly Oak Park facilities nearby. Also, WEG property up the road on E. Dixon Blvd.
8. ALWS Baseball, Inc. is a net loser for Cleveland County Taxpayers at a rate of $1 Million per year.
9. Protesters from outside Cleveland County represent a positive economic revenue gain for Cleveland County.
10. ALWS Security already provided for by Local Sheriff’s Department and Shelby Police Department. Elements of the National Guard are usually present with equipment displays.

Stay tuned folks, 2020 will be a busy Election Year. Signup for elected office in Cleveland County and NC is open right now thru 12 noon December 20th. Get yourself registered if you are not registered. Make sure you vote on Election Day. Primary elections as well as the general elections in November 2020.

Editor’s Note: Folks, and especially candidates for elected office: Eliminating Corruption in Cleveland County Government is our Purpose. Good Government is our Goal. We will Beware of anyone who is against that!!!

Part III Updated Report: Alleged Preferential Treatment in Exchange for Sexual Favors!! Sheriff’s Depart Female Officer To Report for Work Monday!! After being Arrested and Charged by Shelby PD for Speeding 66 in 45 Zone, Driving While Impaired-Alcohol level 0.10, Fictitious Tag!! Magistrate allowed Officer to sign own Bond for immediate release from Jail!! Report and Arguendo by Robert A. Williams

This report is short and simple.

The female Sheriff’s Department employee described previously in Part I and II of this article was recently reported to have previously worked for the Polk County Sheriff’s Department where she allegedly engaged in the same kind of “sex-capades” as previously described and Polk County fired her. Only to have Cleveland County hire her. Go back and read those articles again.

The female officer was allegedly supposed to return to work at the Cleveland County Sheriff’s Department today, December 2, 2019.

Since I do not have any answers as to why the Cleveland County Sheriff’s Department and Sheriff Alan Norman are allowing such as this to happen, call Sheriff Alan Norman at 704-484-4888 or County Manager Brian Epley at 704-484-4800 and ask them for the specific details. If you don’t get any answers or returned phone calls, let me know. Note that I do NOT identify my sources.

Stay tuned. I expect more is to come regarding this happening.
