Update on last article-“More Bad News Shelby High School, CCS Cover-up” !!! Authorities Notified!!! Report by Robert A. Williams

Please go back and re-read the last article and the associated comment that is restated below. Note that the last article advised readers to ” Stay Tuned” as I was going to file a report with authorities myself. And “let’s see what happens.”

This is the noted comment by dparrish:
“The accusation against the football player seems to be from a 3rd person. This will not stand in any court of law. They need a first person accusation to make any justice to be served. These are the general rules against hearsay evidence. However, hearsay may be allowed under certain conditions and this could be one of them.”

Two things to note:
1. I did not include all the information about the alleged mistreatment of the football player’s girlfriend nor the identity of the Assistant Principal in the original article. I did this to protect the identity of my sources as most everybody already knows that retaliation is likely to befall them if they are identified.
2. I have been in contact with authorities and provided them with the identity of the Assistant Principal and asked that the authorities question the Assistant Principal first as he would have all the identities of the alleged victim, the perpetrator as well as those who made the report. Or he would lie. And if he lies, then, my sources will be asked to come forward with additional information.

Anybody that has followed the shenanigans at CCS and other Cleveland County Agencies know that cover-up is the first order of business, then retaliation and dis-information follows close behind. That is the CCS M.O. And they are not about to change, unless made to change.

So, folks, this investigation of an alleged assault by a football player and associated cover-up is ongoing. We welcome your comments and any information YOU might have. Stay tuned.

Also stay tuned for the school Walkout scheduled for Wednesday at 10 AM in support of the Shelby High School Girls softball team. Also in support for equal facilities for all Cleveland County Schools, not just the best for Shelby and Kings Mountain and everybody else gets nothing.
