Bully Glover, Ex Highway Patrol, School Board Candidate and Driver’s Education Teacher, Rear-ends another Vehicle while texting and driving-Pays off other Driver and files no police report to avoid a ticket??? Report Forwarded by Robert A. Williams

Reliable sources report that Phillip “Bully” Glover, driving his SafeLane Driving School car this past Thursday, while texting on his cell phone, rear-ended another vehicle. An automatic traffic ticket that Glover in his former Highway Patrol career probably wrote thousands of. The report continued stating that damage was less that $1,000, Glover paid off the other driver and never filed a police report. Thus avoiding the automatic traffic ticket that might have ended his second career as a Driver’s Education instructor.

This is the report as it was reported to me. This report will also be sent directly to Glover with the offer to print his side of this story. This is my standard procedure as I send everybody mentioned in an article I write inviting them to provide their comments, rebuttals, etc. Bully Glover has received literally hundreds of such notifications and has never sent a reply.

I suspect Bully will not reply to this article either. But, as a School Board Candidate and a Drivers Education Teacher, positions of Trust involving our children, Bully has a right to get out his side of the story. Also, he is responsible to the public to act in an ethical, honest and lawful manner. When you see Bully Glover on the street or elsewhere, ask Bully why he thinks he is above the law. To fess-up, tell the truth and take his medicine like the rest of us have to do.

In the meantime, go out on Election Day and vote Danny Blanton, Rodney Fitch, Robert Queen and Kevin Whisnant to the School Board.
